Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. We can file most insurance claims for you in order to make your visit more pleasant, however it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that coverage is in effect. Insurance coverage is a contract between patient and insurance agency and you are ultimately responsible for the payment of services received.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We offer several payment options:

Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient. We ask that you kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. We will gladly reschedule another convenient time for you.
We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that other patients are not kept waiting.
As a courtesy to our pre-scheduled patients, a phone call is requested prior to coming in to reduce waiting time for everyone. For emergencies outside of patient hours, please phone our regular office numbers for voice message instructions:
Please note that at an emergency appointment the dentist will relieve your discomfort and make a diagnosis regarding necessary treatment. At that time we would be happy to discuss further treatment and fees.
